Our legal info is really quite simple: You can't sue us because our plans are strictly for informational purposes only.
We offer these products as informational content only. We have put these plans back into circulation for your reading enjoyment, and to keep them preserved in the hands of the people. We do realize that some of our customers may choose to build from the plans that we provide, and we would tend to encourage that. In fact, if you have pictures of an aircraft that you have built from our plans, please contact us and let us know, because we would love to see them. You should realize that we are either encouraging you to jump of a cliff and kill yourself, or we are encouraging you to start a memorable experience that will last you your lifetime. It is all up to you. Its in your hands.
If you decide to build from the plans that we sell, you do so at your own risk. Certain aspects of different airframes may be outdated, and not up to par with FAA regulations. It is your responsibility to be updated in this matter (and all other matters as well).
We do not provide technical support for these plans. If you would like additional info, you can request that from us, but we generally have posted everything that we know on this website.
Occasionally, some plans may be posted on the website that violate copyright restrictions. We realize this, and try to avoid it at all costs. If you have additional information about the legal status of certain plans please let us know.
